Peer Review

Decisions are based on the quality and relevance of the article to researchers and readers. In the decision-making process, the editor may consult with reviewers, editorial board members, and the scientific advisory board, adhering to the principles of double-anonymous peer review.

Publication Fees

The Croatian Journal of Food Science and Technology is a diamond open-access journal and does not charge APC (Article Processing Charges) or submission fees to authors and is supported by the Foundation of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts.


Publication Cycle

The Croatian Journal of Food Science and Technology is published continuously throughout the year, with two issues annually (every six months).
